As the Principal for Driving On, I feel fortunate to have built a successful career as a Leader at Meta, Amazon, PayPal, Visa and two startups (one is now a Fedex company). I founded DrivingOn to share my learnings and help others with what I learned and continue to learn.

A fundamental belief behind DrivingOn is that longevity of career and therefore contributions delivers better outcomes for all. A big inspiration are my parents, my Father continued to work into his late 70s until a once in a generation natural disaster forced his retirement, my Mother, in her 80s even today ensures that her household has 3 cooked meals a day and relatives can show up unannounced and yet enjoy a feast.
